Legendary soul singer Bobby Womack, who was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2006 and won his first Grammy award last year for his contribution to the Gorillaz “Stylo” single is back with some brand new material.

“Please Forgive My Heart” is the first single from The Bravest Man In The World, his first collection of all new material in eighteen years, which is set for release on June 12th (and is rumoured to see a guest appearance from Lana Del Ray). Produced by Damon Albarn and Richard Russell the pulsating bassline and haunting piano melodies perfectly suiting the poignant lyrics and passionate, iconic voice bringing them to life.
