- Born and raised in New York City, I evolved as a conscious and inspiring photographer. Falling in love with documenting phenomena around me, I became dedicated to freezing moments and life unseen. I currently reside in Philadelphia, where I crafted my eye as a documentary filmmaker and coupled my new talents with my rooted love for photography. I was first introduced to photography in 1998 where I discovered a new medium to capture the reality I searched for and knew existed. Adachi Photography emphasizes uplifting indigenous and urban culture and progressive movements through art and activism.
