Snowbound Series Chapbook Award
The 11th Annual Snowbound Series Chapbook Award is an open competition with a prize of $1,000 and fifty copies. Submissions are accepted from anyone writing in the English language, whether living in the United States or abroad (translations are not eligible for this prize). The 2011 final judge will be Ellen Doré Watson. Prior winners include Mark Yakich, Cecilia Woloch, and John Cross. Tupelo Press Award for a First or Second Book of Poetry
The 12th Annual Tupelo Press Award for a First or Second Book of Poetry is an open competition with a $3,000 prize. Submissions are accepted from anyone writing in the English language, whether living in the United States or abroad (translations are not eligible for this prize). The final judge is to be announced. Prior winners include Jennifer Michael Hecht, Aimee Nezhukumatathil, Bill Van Every, Kristin Bock, and Jennifer Militello.
