A Music project in Memphis, TN by Brandon Bailey

My 2010 indie released debut album Memphis Grooves became a critical success, selling over 3,000 copies, charting internationally, reaching #1 on the U.S. Itunes Blues Music Charts and #1 on the U.S. Amazon.com charts.  The album received top reviews in Living Blues Magazine, which led to a featured interview on NPR’s Morning Edition with Linda Wertheimer and an appearence on the PBS series Music Voyager in the Spring of 2011.

Now it is time for my next project which will be a self-released and self produced EP. This CD will feature more original music and include my friend Jack Kadien on guitar. I will once again be recording at the famous Royal Studio in Memphis,TN with engineer Lawrence “Boo” Mitchell. The target date for completion and release of this project is the Fall of 2012.

As requested by fans, the music on this EP will feature more vocals and expanded looping ideas facilitating strong grooves, more sexy bass lines, and interwoven harmonica melodies.

I greatly appreciate your help and support in the completion and release of this project and hope to bring you lots more music in the future.

Thank you,

Brandon O. Bailey
