What does future soul “analogue girl in a digital world”, Erykah Badu have in common with multi-instrumentalist psychedelic cinematic soul composer Adrian Younge? Both are playing at Le Poisson Rouge in NYC’s West Village on September 1st for free. The event is the kick off of a monthly series put on by our friends at Wax Poetics pairing dope DJs with recording artists. In this case it’s Lo Down Loretta Brown (Ms. Badu) and Mr. Younge.
