When you brush off the bosses and the geniuses in the front office, you automatically become a lesbian. If you do go along with these idiots, you’re a bum. Name it and take your choice. This is the story of my life. I have been called a lesbian since I entered this business at 15 and made it clear that I did not intend to go along with shoddy practices. This, strange to say, is the accepted practice in show business. Some girls on the way up find it easier if they accept the intentions of certain powerful individuals.
