Still pedalling his sophomore album Kaleidoscope Dream, Miguel shows another side of himself as he performs a stripped back set for NPR Music as a part of their Tiny Desk Concert series, with just a microphone and an acoustic guitarist.

Away from the extravagant set ups and distractions that come with a concert environment, Miguel gets an oppurtunity to show off more of his personality and bring more emotions to the songs as he performs  “Do You…” and “The Thrill” as well as his Grammy-nominated runaway hit “Adorn.”

Just before he effortlessly serenades the girls in the room with “Adorn,” the LA-based singer-songwriter describes the song as being a truly important point in his career. “It’s been, thus far, a life-changing song for me,” he says. “I didn’t think [Adorn] was gonna connect to such a broad audience. It’s probably the song that got me here.” Check his stripped back live session out below.
